Owning a rat is a lifetime commitment. You can't simply give them back. To adopt you must agree to love and care for the rat as your own, will not return it without a valid reason. If you do I will charge $10 unless the reason is a genuine reason, allergys, moving or a financial or family crisis. This is a valid contract that you will sign upon adoption due to the fact of too many rats being returned to me for no reason other then people getting bored of them.I agree
